Eligibility Criteria

Before applying, ensure you meet the following requirements:

Age: Must be 18 years or older.
Education: Minimum 10th Pass (Matriculation) from a recognized board.

Language: Fluency in reading and writing the local dialect and basic English.
TEC Certificate: You must complete the Telecentre Entrepreneur Course (TEC) certification.

Required Infrastructure

To run a successful center, you will need the following hardware setup:

Computer/Laptop: With at least 4GB RAM and 500GB HDD.
Connectivity: Reliable Broadband or high-speed mobile internet.
Printers: One Inkjet/Laser printer and one Color printer.
Scanner: High-resolution document scanner.
Biometric Device: Fingerprint scanner (Mantra/Morpho) or Iris scanner for Aadhaar authentication.
Webcam: For capturing user photos.
Power Backup: UPS or Inverter to handle power cuts.
